Partner Acro is the perfect classes for couples and groups! It consists of many movements that include two or more people counterbalancing, sharing weight, lifting, pitching or catching one another. Partner Acro will help you build trust and communication, overcome fears and introduce you to an exciting new style of alternative fitness.
Partner Acro is partner-based (base and flyer), and we recommend bringing a friend! However you don’t need a partner to attend these sessions as we will find you a partner to work with during the class.
This class is great for those with a little experience and want to take their partner work to the next level!
