Mikayla started her aerial journey in 2022 and was immediately hooked! She was at the studio more often than not, learning and ready to perfect every skill that was thrown her way! So with her knowledge of anatomy and deep understanding of the mechanics of silks and hammock, she has stepped up her practice by becoming a teacher in 2023!  She loves dynamic movements, big drops and sequencing beautiful flows together for both apparatuses she teaches! While silks and hammock are her main apparatuses, you may also find her playing on hoop, trapeze and pole on any given day! 

Mikayla prides herself on being a fun, encouraging, kind and hardworking person! Teaching has become such an amazing journey for her and she is always excited to introduce her passion to new clients. 

She is always continuing her learning through hands on experience and has been certified by Spin City for Beginner Aerial Silks! 

Outside of the aerial world, Mikayla is a mom of 2, loves coffee, quotes The Office a little too much, and enjoys crocheting!
