AcroFit Class Policies
1. Registration
Online registration is required for all classes (we do not accept walk ins) and registration opens 1 week in advance. You can register online through our website (www.acrofit.ca) by clicking the “Sign Up” button at the top of the page. Then find the class you wish to join and click the sign up beside the class.
All AcroFit classes are for adults 18+.
For our monthly members, if you find that you can not register for a class due to your membership not renewing in time, please send us an email. We can manually add you to a class that happens after your renewal date. As long as it is still 1 week in advance.
2. Cancellations
We have a 24 hr cancellation policy. If you cancel before the 24 hrs this is considered an Early Cancel. Meaning you will receive your pass back into your account to use at a later time. If you cancel after 24 hrs, this is considered a Late Cancel, meaning you will lose your pass and it will not be returned to your account.
If you are registered in a class and find that you are no longer able to attend whether it be before or after the 24hr cancellation window, please cancel your class. This shows kindness to the people that are on the waitlist and really want to get into the class. Our class sizes are small and as new members join we’ve had an increasing number of full classes with waitlists. So please cancel yourself out of the class instead of just no-showing. This leaves spots open in the class that a waitlisted person could have attended. You can cancel your classes through your account under the “Schedule” tab.
3. Arriving to Class
It is best to arrive around 5-10 minutes before your class time. If you are late to class, you will miss valuable warm up time and it will be hard for the coach to catch you up.
We also ask that students do not arrive too early. The previous class may still be in session, and due to our limited space, we don’t really have a waiting/lobby area.
4. Waitlists
If a class you are waitlisted for becomes available prior to our 24hr cancellation window, the system will automatically add the first person on the waitlist to the class. This client will receive an email and text saying they were added to the class. If the client cannot attend the class they must cancel themselves out of it online, or reply to the text to cancel. Otherwise you may lose your pass once the booking crosses into the 24hr cancellation window.
If a class you are waitlisted for becomes available within our 24hr cancellation window, the system will automatically send out a text to everyone on the waitlist. Whoever replies back first will claim the open spot.
Please make sure your subscriptions are turned on within your account. This way you will receive class reminders, schedule changes and account management info. You must have text message notifications turned on in order to respond Y or N to waitlist notifications. There is no email option for this.
AcroFit Membership Policies
1. Pauses/Freezes
All members are allowed one free pause on their membership, for a maximum period of 30 days. Any subsequent pauses will have a $25 fee and are also a maximum of 30 days.
2. Membership Cancellations
All membership cancellations will require a cancellation fee equal to one month’s payment on your current membership.
3. Pass Extensions
Passes do not roll over into the next month if you do not use all your passes in the month. We do not offer extensions.
4. Upgrades / Downgrades
With a membership upgrade, the cancellation fees will be waived and your new membership will be at full contract length. Membership downgrades require a cancellation fee and the downgraded membership will be at the full contract length.
5. Class Registration
If the class you are wanting to register for is within our registration window but outside your current membership please send us an email and we will register you manually.
AcroFit Drop-In/Punch Card Policies
1. Pass Expiry
All our drop-in / punch cards have expiry dates. Single sessions expire within 1 month. 5 Passes expire within 2 months. 10 Passes expire within 4 months.
2. 50% off your first 10 pass
This is a one time offer that can be used by all our clients. Can only be used for a single 10 session punch card. Not multiple!
3. Extension/Transfer of passes
We do not offer extensions on passes if you do not use them up before the expiry date. Passes are also not transferable.
4. Refunds
No refunds are offered on drop in / punch cards.
