Acrobatics – Our Acro classes follow the Acrobatic arts syllabus which focuses on proper progressions & technique in skills such as backbends and cartwheels.
Flexibility – Flexibility is achievable for everyone. This class is designed to increase your mobility, range of motion, and reduce tension across your body, which is especially important if your goal is to achieve more flexible acrobatic poses!
Handstands – This class offers a remarkable core workout; keeping your body rigid builds incredible strength, stamina & body awareness. You’ll learn to do handstands on the ground, and the fundamental skills you gain here will serve you well in all our other classes.
