Never taken a class before? Here’s where to begin!
(Please note: All AcroFit classes are for adults 18+)
1. Beginner Friendly Classes
Recommended to brand new clients and clients at the beginner level with only a few months of experience:
Aerial Classes:
- Beg Silks
- Beg/Inter Hoop
Pole Classes:
- Beg Pole
- Beg/Inter Pole
Acro Classes:
- Beg/Inter Acro
- Flexibility
Yoga Classes:
- Aerial Yoga Restorative
- Aerial Yoga Flow
*Please note: Intermediate & Advanced clients are not allowed in a Beginner only class. Please register for an All Levels class, Beg/Inter class or an Inter/Adv class.
2. Beginner / Intermediate & All Levels Classes
All Levels Classes are not recommended for brand new clients. Must have taken a minimum of 5 beginner level classes and have a basic understanding of the apparatus. (For example, in silks & pole, you must be able to climb the apparatus.)
Beginner / Intermediate classes are open to brand new clients as well as intermediate level clients.

3. Intermediate / Advanced Classes & Pre-Req Classes
Must be approved by the coach to attend these classes. Prerequisites are required before attending. Prereqs can be found on our website or over on Mindbody under the class description:

3. Open Gym Training
