Description: In this 90 minute workshop, you will do intense conditioning to help achieve your invert goals. You will also work towards accomplishing beautiful leg hangs. If you’re struggling to properly and safely invert and do leg hangs then this workshop is for you!
Prerequisites: Have previously learned a basic invert.
